Had a second call with a prospect on Thursday. They are another real estate client. Decided to push the envelope, in terms of pricing with this one. To give you context my first client was $1000 per month retainer for FB ads and qualification bot.

This one is a digitization of his current backend systems, which were mainly manual and VA work. I charged this client $2000 + tax with a 30 day delivery. He pays half now to get started and the remaining once delivered. With a $300+ tax monthly support thereafter.

On-boarding call is on Monday. Super stoked about this client.

Lead came from a referral from my first client. Onwards and upwards.

I should close two more similar contracts (one will be more) by the beginning of the week.

The call went well. He loved the demo. Now he’s talking with the CEO, CMO and CFO to see if they love it too. I didn’t give them any price yet. I said give me 500-1000 leads to test it and see what happens. If I book a few calls that turn into cash, we can talk. Basically I made it a no brainer for them to say no. The exciting news is that a lead for them that closes could be worth $60K a year!! I kept cool during the call but I was like holy $hit! Thanks for following up @James Malin . Between my day job and this deal, I’ve been pretty busy.

Landed a huge contract: boxing match/carshow/concert. Doing their online ticket sales, their live stream of events, as well as the live stream tickets. Getting my brand wore by couple fighters as my logo will be on their trunks during the fight. HUGE CONTRACT WIN!!! 4-5 figures easily.
